Doghouse Kit and Related Products Return Policy

K-9 Kondo Inc. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our popular doghouses are made with commercial-grade materials at our on-site factory. When you receive your order, please inspect all merchandise for damage or defect. If you are not satisfied with your doghouse kit or kennel door purchase, we ask that you return it within 30 days for replacement or refund, less the original shipping and handling charges.

A shipping and restock fee of $20.00 is assessed on Kennel Doors and K-9 Kondos.

K-9 Kondo Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on any unused merchandise returned past 30 days. All items will be inspected before any final decisions are made on credits. The returns department retains full discretion on granting full or partial refunds or exchanges. All special orders are nonrefundable. We cannot accept any parcels freight-collect or COD.

All credit card purchases that are returned and qualify for a refund in accordance with these terms will entitle the purchaser to a credit issued to the same credit card account that was charged in the original purchase.

Doghouse Kit and Related Products Shipping Policy

All K-9 Kondo doghouses and kennel door shipments are made via FedEx Ground Service. We do not make individual shipments outside of the contiguous USA or Canada.* Delivery normally requires 3-7 business days. Shipping rates are listed for each product.

*Standard shipping rates do not apply to Canadian orders. Shipping costs are computed based on postal codes provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. K-9 Kondo is not liable for damage incurred during shipments to Canada.
