                                           The Dog Den Is Back!

This is an assembled dog house, not a kit!  Dog Dens are currently shipping in approximately 10-14 days from order date. Lead time is subject to change based on demand. 

We began production of the Dog Den series in 1998.  The original was the "Dog Den" followed by the Dog Den 1, 2 and 3. We ended production of all Dog Den models in 2018 however due to overwhelming demand we have brought the Dog Den 2 back into production.  We resumed production of the Dog Den 2 in June of 2022 and demand has been very strong, so much so that we can't keep them in inventory. The lead time shown above is only an estimate and will vary based on demand.  The Dog Den 2 is priced at $589.00 which includes shipping.   

The external dimensions of the Dog Den 2 are roughly 24" tall by 24" deep by 34" long with a shipping weight of 58 pounds.  We recommend the Dog Den 2 for dogs weighing 105 pounds or less.  The roof, walls and floor are insulated with 1" insulation in the roof/lid, 3/4" insulation in the walls and 1/2" insulation in the floor.  The lid is attached with latches on each end for easy removal and access to the inside of the dog house.  The floor liner is removable which simplifies cleaning out old bedding and debris. 

The lid, floor, floor liner, door/cowl and trim are all made of galvanized steel with the walls made of UV treated plastic.  These are the same construction materials that K-9 Kondo has been using to produce the Dog Den 2 for the last 20 years, many of those 20 year old Dog Dens are still in use today.  If you are looking for a dog house that is built to last look no further than the Dog Den 2.

    Love these dog houses. couldn't possibly build one for the same $$$. my dogs love them too. I had to move across the country, and couldnk't bring it with me. So I sold the old one, and bought a new one when here.

    This recent purchase replaces the same dog house that was 18 years old. The metal floor rusted out.

    I like the house a lot. I have two others I've had for eight years and they're holding up great. I recently added a pup and needed another so I ordered the Dog Den to make sure he had an insulated house for the harsh Idaho winter.

    Very please with Dog Den dog boxes. They last,are warm for the dogs, and look great. By the way, my recent purchase was a replacement for a Dog Den that lasted for 14 years!
